Question
How do I reset my password?
Answer
To reset the password on the Secret Safe Diary or the Secret Safe Diary Visual, please switch the device on, and open the battery compartment located on the rear of the device. Please then use a paper clip or similar thin implement, to press the reset button down, that is located here, whilst holding the heart button located on the front of the device. The door then should open, and you shall be able to set a new password.
